Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of Sponsorship

The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which a Sponsor will provide non-monetary support to ChristGospel.tv (“the Organization”) to further its mission of empowering orphans and disadvantaged children through Christ-centered mentoring, education, and support programs.

2. Sponsor Obligations

Support Type: The Sponsor will provide the type of support specified in their Sponsorship Registration Form.
Timely Delivery: The Sponsor will fulfill their commitment within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Communication: The Sponsor will maintain open and transparent communication with the Organization regarding their sponsorship.
Non-Interference: The Sponsor will not interfere with the Organization's operations or decision-making processes.
Impact on Child: The Sponsor acknowledges that sponsored children may develop a sense of dependency and security through the sponsorship relationship. Therefore, the Sponsor agrees to provide the Organization with reasonable notice before terminating the sponsorship to minimize any potential negative impact on the child's well-being.
Impact on Sponsor: The Sponsor understands that sponsoring a child can be a deeply inspiring and rewarding experience. Sudden withdrawal from the program may also impact the sponsor's own well-being. The Sponsor is encouraged to communicate with the Organization if they experience any difficulties or need support.
Guidance on Requests: If a sponsored child or their family makes a large or suspicious request, the Sponsor agrees to consult with the Organization before taking any action. The Organization will provide guidance and support to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

3. Organization Obligations

Transparency: The Organization will provide regular updates to the Sponsor on the impact of their support, including reports, photos, and stories where appropriate and permitted, and will be sensitive to the needs of the sponsored child.
Recognition: The Organization may recognize the Sponsor's contribution on its website, social media, or other marketing materials, unless the Sponsor requests anonymity.
Stewardship: The Organization will use the Sponsor's support responsibly and in accordance with its mission and values.
Support for Sponsors: The Organization will provide guidance and support to Sponsors throughout their involvement in the program.

4. Termination

By Sponsor: The Sponsor may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Organization. The Organization requests a minimum of [Number] weeks' notice to prepare the child for the transition.
By Organization: The Organization may terminate this agreement if the Sponsor fails to fulfill their obligations or if their actions are deemed detrimental to the Organization's mission or reputation.

5. Confidentiality, Liability, Governing Law, Entire Agreement, Modifications, Dispute Resolution

Acceptance

By submitting the Sponsorship Registration Form, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
